At Yardley Candle, all products are handmade to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A refund (at our discretion)

We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted outside this time frame.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Unwanted scents
• Personal preference

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All subscription purchases are non-refundable once processed.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations must be made before your next billing date
• Once payment has been taken, that month’s box cannot be refunded

As each box contains curated scents, we do not offer refunds based on scent preference.

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Opened items
• Items not in their original condition
• Items returned without prior approval

Where a return is agreed (e.g. faulty item), we will advise on return instructions.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.
