Q: Why do you use 100% Soy wax instead of the cheap stuff?
​A: Most high-street candles use paraffin (a petroleum byproduct). When they burn, they can release "sooty" toxins that make my nose itchy and leave black marks on your walls. My humans use a 100% Soy & Coconut blend because it burns cleaner, lasts longer, and—most importantly—it’s much kinder to my sensitive lungs.

​Q: Can I leave my Candle burning while I’m out walking the dog?
​A: Paws off! Never leave a candle unattended. Even though our wax is "clean," a flame is still a flame. Always blow it out before we head to the park.

​Q: Why do you tell me to "Trim the Wick"? Is that for my haircut?
​A: Not quite! Before every light, trim your wick to about 5mm. A long, "mushroomed" wick creates a larger, flickering flame that can cause soot. A short wick keeps the flame steady and safe for everyone in the room (including me).

​Q: How long should I keep my candle lit?
​A: For the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the container (about 1–2 hours). This prevents "tunnelling." But don't go over 4 hours—we don't want the container getting too hot for curious tails!

​Q: Are your scents safe for my cat/dog?
​A: Yes! We are strictly Phthalate-Free. Many mass-produced scents use "phthalates" to make the smell stronger, but they can be nasty for pets to breathe in. Our scents, like Coconut Calm are curated to be sophisticated for humans and safe for paws.

​Q: Where is the best place to put my Candles?
​A: Keep it on a stable, heat-resistant surface out of reach of wagging tails and curious whiskers. High shelves are best! Also, keep it away from drafts—a drafty spot makes the candle burn unevenly.
